Another fruit of the spirit is joy. Joy is a lasting feeling it satisfies the heart. It is unique and marvelous. Joy can be found even in the darkest of times. Joy reflects how we can live in hope of the future and our everlasting life through Jesus Christ.
The words joy, rejoice or joyful appear in the bible 430 times. The word happy or happiness appear only 10 times. Joy is an internal feeling that connects with meaning and purpose. Happiness is an external emotion that is connected to the flesh; it can be fleeting.
Live in joy that you are saved.
